Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in wild animal articles who ceases to carry on dealing in wild animal articles shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Biodiversity Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IV of the manner in which every hazardous substance held by him has been disposed of.
