Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the lessee shall apply to the District Mineral Foundation in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the District Mineral Foundation shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
