Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the manufacturer shall apply to the Authority for Advance Ruling in Form GSTR-1 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees, and the Authority for Advance Ruling shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within twenty days of the application.
