Application for registration.—Every owner of a solar power plant carrying on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall make an application for registration to the Authority in Form III, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every cylinder held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
