Surrender of certificate.—Every owner of a solar power plant who ceases to carry on the generation of electricity from solar energy shall, within thirty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form I of the manner in which every meter held by him has been disposed of.
