Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee for the sale of poisons who ceases to carry on the sale of poisons shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Sub-Divisional Magistrate in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every permit held by him has been disposed of.
