Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the trading house shall apply to the Development Commissioner in Form ANF-4A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Development Commissioner shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fifteen days of the application.
