Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the issuer shall apply to the Securities Appellate Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Securities Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within forty-five days of the application.
