Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of land near an aerodrome shall apply to the Director General in Form CA-6 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty thousand rupees, and the Director General shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
