Definitions.—In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Electricity Act, 2003 (36 of 2003); (b) "city gas distribution entity" means a person carrying on the distribution of natural gas; (c) "supply line" means a supply line received, held or disposed of by a city gas distribution entity in the course of the distribution of natural gas; (d) "Form VIII" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
