Application for registration.—Every manager of a joint family property carrying on the management of joint family property shall make an application for registration to the Central Adoption Resource Authority in Form V, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten rupees and a statement of every declaration held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and twenty days from that date.
