Intimation of change.—Every operator of a houseboat shall intimate to the Hotel Classification Committee, in Form I and within forty-five days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Hotel Classification Committee shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
