Surrender of certificate.—Every advertising agency who ceases to carry on the business of an advertising agency shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Board of Film Certification in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VIII of the manner in which every broadcast licence held by him has been disposed of.
