Application for registration.—Every dairy farmer carrying on the keeping of milch cattle shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Co-operative Societies in Form H, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every seed held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
