Application for registration.—Every contractor for a religious fair carrying on the conduct of a religious fair shall make an application for registration to the Deputy Charity Commissioner in Form A, within one hundred and twenty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every donation receipt held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
