Periodical return.—Every user of water carrying on the use of water shall furnish to the Government of Maharashtra, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form E of every reservoir received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for seven days from the date on which it is furnished.
