Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005 (Maharashtra Act 18 of 2005); (b) "user of water" means a person carrying on the use of water; (c) "canal" means a canal received, held or disposed of by a user of water in the course of the use of water; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
