Intimation of change.—Every operator of a gymnasium shall intimate to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel, in Form C and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
