Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the operator of a gymnasium shall apply to the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel in Form B for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees, and the National Anti-Doping Appeal Panel shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
