Surrender of certificate.—Every electrical contractor who ceases to carry on the execution of electrical installation work shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Appropriate Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form III of the manner in which every generating station held by him has been disposed of.
