Intimation of change.—Every party to an arbitration agreement shall intimate to the Designated Court, in Form H and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Designated Court shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of ten thousand rupees.
