Surrender of certificate.—Every publisher of an opinion poll who ceases to carry on the publication of opinion polls shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Election Commission in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 6 of the manner in which every poster held by him has been disposed of.
