Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any operator of a dam dies, his legal representative shall, within sixty days of the death, intimate the death to the State Authority in Form E, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every incident report then held; and the State Authority shall enter the intimation in the register within three days of its receipt.
