Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a school bus who ceases to carry on the transport of school children shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the District Education Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every admission register held by him has been disposed of.
