Periodical returns.—Every manufacturer of motor vehicles shall furnish to the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, within seven days of the close of each year, a return in Form 4 of the manufacture of motor vehicles carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
