Surrender of certificate.—Every creche who ceases to carry on the running of a creche shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every home study report held by him has been disposed of.
