Periodical returns.—Every owner of land adjoining an embankment shall furnish to the Custodian of Enemy Property, within three hundred and sixty-five days of the close of each year, a return in Form 6 of the use of land adjoining an embankment carried on during that year, and a nil return where no such activity was carried on.
