Rule 22, West Bengal Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Manner of Application) Rules, 2018 [SFA-8WV]

Appeal.—An appeal against an order made under these rules shall be preferred by the owner of land adjoining an embankment aggrieved by it in Form 2 within three hundred and sixty-five days of the communication of the order, and shall be accompanied by a certified copy of the order appealed against, a statement of the grounds of appeal and a fee of ten thousand rupees; and an appeal preferred after that period shall be accompanied by a statement of the reasons for the delay.
