Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the shelter home shall apply to the State Commission for Women in Form IV for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the State Commission for Women shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
