Intimation of change.—Every transferee shall intimate to the Rehabilitation Authority, in Form 2 and within fifteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rehabilitation Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
