Surrender of certificate.—Every toll plaza operator who ceases to carry on the collection of tolls shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Licensing Authority in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 2 of the manner in which every toll held by him has been disposed of.
