Application for registration.—Every mortgagee of agricultural land carrying on the taking of a mortgage of agricultural land shall make an application for registration to the Collector in Form 3, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every parcel of land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
