Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in wild animal articles who ceases to carry on dealing in wild animal articles shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every consent held by him has been disposed of.
