Custody of the register.—The register maintained under these rules shall be kept at the office of the Government of Andhra Pradesh in the custody of the Regional Officer of the Board, shall be bound and its pages numbered, and shall not be removed from that office except on the written order of the Government of Andhra Pradesh; and where the Regional Officer of the Board having custody of it is succeeded by another, an entry recording the transfer of custody shall be made in Form VI within one hundred and eighty days of the succession.
