Application for registration.—Every dealer in wild animal articles carrying on dealing in wild animal articles shall make an application for registration to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form V, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every wild animal article held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
