Safe custody.—Every dealer in wild animal articles shall keep every register of consents to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where dealing in wild animal articles is carried on, shall record in Form VII the description of every register of consents so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within thirty days of the close of each year.
