Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the civil defence volunteer shall apply to the District Authority in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the District Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within seven days of the application.
