Application for registration.—Every civil defence volunteer carrying on service as a civil defence volunteer shall make an application for registration to the District Authority in Form H, within thirty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every hazard map held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one day from that date.
