Application for registration.—Every operator of a stone crusher carrying on the running of a stone crusher shall make an application for registration to the State Government in Form C, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every transit pass held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
