Surrender of certificate.—Every institution for persons with disabilities who ceases to carry on the running of an institution for persons with disabilities shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Rehabilitation Council in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
