Surrender of certificate.—Every lottery agent who ceases to carry on the sale of lottery tickets shall, within sixty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form GFR 25 of the manner in which every bill held by him has been disposed of.
