Application for registration.—Every lottery agent carrying on the sale of lottery tickets shall make an application for registration to the Directorate of Treasuries in Form GFR 12-A, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every bond held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
