Application for registration.—Every ship repairer carrying on the repair of ships shall make an application for registration to the Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi in Form 1, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every crew list held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
