Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered establishment shall apply to the Appellate Authority in Form A for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Appellate Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
