Surrender of certificate.—Every contractor of a public authority who ceases to carry on the execution of contracts for a public authority shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Telangana in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every appeal held by him has been disposed of.
