Application for registration.—Every creditor carrying on the recovery of debts shall make an application for registration to the Government of Gujarat in Form MGT-7, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every statement of affairs held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
