Surrender of certificate.—Every committee of a gurdwara who ceases to carry on the management of a gurdwara shall, within three hundred and sixty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every register of trusts held by him has been disposed of.
