Intimation of change.—Every committee of a gurdwara shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form D and within one hundred and eighty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one hundred rupees.
