Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of a dharamshala who ceases to carry on the keeping of a dharamshala shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Endowments Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form A of the manner in which every trust property held by him has been disposed of.
