Application for registration.—Every grantee of a public honour carrying on the acceptance of a public honour shall make an application for registration to the Government of Himachal Pradesh in Form E, within ninety days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees and a statement of every register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
